These Terms apply to badassuniversity.com, operated by Badass University LLC (“BU”). Please use the website lawfully and in accordance with these Terms. A separate service agreement or the terms supplied for a particular offer govern that service or transaction if they differ from these general website Terms.
Eligibility and Scope
BU’s coaching, workshops, and educational resources are designed for adults. You must have the legal capacity to enter into any service agreement or transaction you undertake.
BU provides information about women’s self-empowerment, coaching, workshops, speaking, events, and related content. A website description is not a promise of availability, admission, or a particular result.
Educational Content
Website content is for general informational and educational purposes. It is not a substitute for medical, mental-health, legal, financial, or other professional advice. Testimonials and examples describe individual experiences and do not guarantee that others will achieve the same results.
Services, Bookings, and Payments
Before booking or purchasing a service, review the specific proposal, registration information, confirmation, invoice, or agreement provided for that offer. Confirm the price, payment timing, availability, cancellation, refund, transfer, and rescheduling conditions before committing. Contact dr.d@badassuniv.com if a material condition is unclear.
These general website Terms do not create a universal refund or cancellation rule. An independent provider’s terms apply to the portion of a transaction it supplies.
Merchandise
The website links to a BU merchandise store hosted by Bonfire. Bonfire’s terms and the information supplied at checkout govern transactions completed there, including payment, fulfillment, and return conditions, unless the offer expressly states otherwise.
Acceptable Use
Do not interfere with the website’s operation or security, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, impersonate someone else, submit unlawful or infringing material, or use automated tools in a way that burdens the website or violates another person’s rights.
Content and Intellectual Property
BU and its licensors retain their rights in the content they provide. You may view public pages and share ordinary links. Copying, modification, republication, distribution, sale, or other reuse requires permission unless an applicable legal exception allows it.
You must have the right to provide information you submit through a BU form. BU may use a private inquiry as reasonably needed to review and respond to it; sending an inquiry does not give BU a general license to publish it.
Third-Party Services and Privacy
An external link does not place an independent provider under BU’s control. Review that provider’s terms and privacy notice before using its service. See BU’s Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy for the handling of information described there.
Availability and Changes
Website content and service availability may change. Changes affecting an existing booking or purchase are subject to the relevant service agreement and communications; a website edit does not by itself replace agreed transaction terms.
BU may restrict website access for misuse or security reasons. Such a restriction does not cancel obligations under a separate service agreement.
Disclaimers and Your Rights
Website information is provided as available, and uninterrupted or error-free access is not guaranteed. Nothing in these Terms removes rights or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Service-specific commitments remain governed by the applicable agreement.
